Meaning of the Movements
The Meaning of the Movements is an exploration of how the Gurdjieff movements work and what they are designed to do in terms of creating a state of higher awareness. Anthony Blake and others who have been involved with the movements for many years guide this exploration.
Am I Conscious
This video for June 2025 discusses teachings from the Fourth Way that our daily consciousness is entirely automatic and to have awareness that is not habitual requires work on oneself. Anthony Blake provides an Inner Exercise that focuses awareness and brings consciousness into the present moment. Leslie Schwing leads an exercise in being seen. Travis Jarrell presents a Sufi Tale that illustrates how to bring a fuller consciousness into our everyday activities. Michael White introduces teachings from the Dzogchen tradition of Tantric Buddhism.

Descend Consciencely
This video explores Gurdjjief’s concept or “The Toast of the Idiots”. In this instance, idiots are not fools but states of being, with the ultimate “unique idiot” representing God. The participants engage in perception exercises that encourage them to connect to their inner and outer realities. The importance and richness of everyday life and shared experience are emphasized.
Navigating Hyparxis

Bennett with discussion of how the ideas of the octaves applies to the enneagram followed by a discussion by Michael White about how the ideas from Tibetan Buddhism about the outer, inner and secret meaning applies to the enneagram.
